Cheque Imaging Fees

As of October 31, 2010, depending on your bank package, a fee may be applied for Alterna’s cheque imaging service.  Cheque images are included in the monthly fee for the Unlimited, GoodLife and Value packages.

Please visit your branch or call us if you'd like to change your selection.

Service Fee Changes

Alterna is changing some of its service fees effective September 1, 2010. The Student Package will now be free, just in time for the new school year!

Stop Cheque Fraud

Please remember to review your cheque images, not simply the transaction line on your statement.  Be alert to possible alterations on the payee line or to the amount itself.  If you have any concerns, please contact Alterna immediately.

New ABM in Kanata
